Zurich University of the Arts: Kinderpfad Champlönch.
This little book is designed to help children and adults discover things in the Swiss National Park which aren’t always readily visible. With carefully rendered illustrations, students of the Zurich University of the Arts explain the legend of how dwarves turn into woodchucks and shows us how deer take their baths in mudholes. We can take an upclose look at the animals which live in the National Park, learn about the park’s original founder, the caretaker, as well as the scary landslides which are personified and come to life on the pages. The book can be read at home or used at the park in combination with a GPS receiver which the park office lends to visitors. This offers an interesting combination of classic and modern technology, without additional installations in the park grounds.

17.5 x 13.3 cm, 32 pp., 32 illustrations, full-color offset printing, sewn binding, map with 10 points of interest,
CD with audio, in German and in French.
